The Award of Excellence judging process includes six months of intensive testing of call handling skills such as courtesy, response time, accuracy and overall service to clients – the cornerstones of the call management industry. If a call center scores 80 percent or higher in every category, they earn the coveted ATSI Award of Excellence.
