Josue Leon Appointed to ATSI Board of Directors

(July 1, 2013) Willow Grove, Pa. – Josue Leon, Vice President of Operations at AnswerNet, has been appointed to the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI) Board of Directors. Founded in 1942, ATSI provides support and education to the telecommunications industry. Leon has been an active member of the organization for several years.

As a member of the board, Leon will be responsible for helping shape the programs provided by ATSI. He will participate on the organization’s committees and will be the official editor of The Pulse—a biweekly newsletter that provides industry-related news and events to ATSI members.

“I enjoy being involved with ATSI and love to participate in its events,” Leon states. “Just this past June, I presented on agent training at the annual conference. But to be appointed to the board, and have an opportunity to play a bigger role in the organization, is truly an honor.”

This is Leon’s first term as a board member for ATSI. He is also a board member for the Great Lakes TeleServices Association (GLTSA), as he manages several of AnswerNet’s call center sites throughout the Northeastern US.
