Call Center CEO presents "Company Culture" at ATSI 2012

June 6, 2012 (Willow Grove, PA) – Gary Pudles, CEO & President of AnswerNet, is speaking about a special topic at this year’s ATSI Annual Conference. “Business Culture DNA: Revealing the Right Chemistry” will be an entertaining and educational session on discovering the right mix of tactics to develop a positive company culture.

Gary uses real-life examples, pulled from his own experience. “As AnswerNet was growing into the company we know today, I was fortunate to be able to learn about the importance of company culture–and its influence in a successful, sustainable business–from some of the major thought leaders in a variety of industries,” says Gary. “This session is a discussion of what was involved in selecting the ideas that came from some of the greatest minds in business, and how we fit them into our vision of the future of AnswerNet. Happy Holidays from everyone at AnswerNet! As 2010 winds down and the New Year fast approaches, I have been thinking a lot about our customers and how grateful we are to do business with them. I also think about how much they entrust us to help their businesses operate smoothly when they are not there.

In my business, I could be gone for days and no one would notice. Well, maybe they would think it was quieter in the corporate office or the people in the field would see a few less emails. But when I’m not there, I have no functional responsibility that is not one 100% backed up.

Can the same be said about you? Use this opportunity to think about the functions you provide to your company and make sure that someone else can do those functions and that they are ready to step in should something happen to you. 

Recently, one of my friends told me that he was stuck in the hospital and could not run payroll for his small business until the day after it was due. This caused one of his employees some issues, but nothing that couldn’t easily be remedied. He was lucky that it was only one day, but what if it were a week, a month, a year or a lifetime?

Can your business sustain your absence for that long?

Give your business a great holiday gift this year and back yourself up as solidly as you do your systems.
