Call Center Father and Son to Present at 2016 National Amtelco Equipment Owners Association Conference

February 16, 2016, Willow Grove, PA ─ Gary Pudles, President and CEO of AnswerNet, will present “Corporate Culture/Core Values: How to Maintain Them” at this year’s National Amtelco Equipment Owners (NAEO) Conference. Pudles is an ideal presenter on this topic, as AnswerNet has been honored recently with a SmartCEO Corporate Culture Award for its creative, collaborative workplace. Having grown the company partially through acquisitions, Pudles is a veteran at integrating corporate cultures to ultimately result in a stronger company.

“When I first started AnswerNet, my goal was to be the nicest big company in the call center industry,” says Gary Pudles. “We have successfully maintained that and other aspects of our corporate culture by looking at how our acquired companies operate to find and adopt their best practices then help them to implement some of our own.”

Taking after his father, Jesse Pudles, son of Gary Pudles, will present “The Importance of the Positive Coach Approach in a Technologically Driven World.” Jesse, a recent graduate of Chapman University, is a coach for McKee Consulting. Like Gary, he too is excited to share tips and tools to help improve call center relations.

The NAEO Conference will be held in San Diego, CA, from February 28 to March 2, 2016. Gary Pudles will present on March 1, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Jesse Pudles will present on March 1 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. For more information, please visit the NAEO website at

T’is ALWAYS the Season at AnswerNet

T’is the season of giving, caring, sharing and doing good things for other people. So it seemed the perfect time to share our latest website –

The AnswerNet Cares website is dedicated to the efforts of the AnswerNet Cares committee, the good work that has been done by AnswerNet employees, the workings of donor-advised-funds and FJC, the fund managers who administrate AnswerNet Cares donation distribution. As a result of AnswerNet Cares, Gary Pudles received the American Teleservices Association’s Spirit of Philanthropy Award in 2009 in recognition of the creation of the program and the causes it has supported.

The AnswerNet Cares website allows the world at large, including media contacts, search engines, customers, and prospects to see that we are much more than a group of small companies or individual workers. They can now see a tightly knit community that cares for their friends and neighbors in need and that our Core Values are much more than words on paper. They can feel confident and proud of their relationships with AnswerNet.

This website, and AnswerNet Cares as a whole, embodies the Core Values of the AnswerNet family. We are Passionate with Good Attitudes, Team players who are Detail Oriented and believe (and practice) open Communication delivered in a Kind and Likable manner.

We encourage you to log on to the website and see for yourself what the combined efforts of a group of dedicated employees can do.
