Call Center CEO and Entrepreneur Invited Back as 2015 Education Design Studio Inc. Speaker

Gary Pudles, CEO and President of AnswerNet call centers, has been invited to again participate in the Education Design Studio Inc. (EDSi) as a lunchtime speaker on “How to Build Your Business.” This will be his second time mentoring entrepreneurs who have entered the intensive incubator program for education technology startups, which is part of the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education. Pudles will lead sessions held on September 20 and October 18, 2015 and February 5, 2016.

“My focus has always been to help businesses to grow and become more profitable,” says Pudles, who also teaches Entrepreneurship at Penn’s Wharton School of Business. “I’m honored to be making an investment in the futures of young entrepreneurs from all over the world.”

The participating startups were finalists and semi-finalists from the Milken-Penn GSE Education Business Plan Competition, which has awarded more than $500,000 in prizes to developing education initiatives. AnswerNet, a full-service call center provider, helps other businesses run better by providing them with turnkey communication solutions.

Pudles helps to support the development of technology startups in other ways as well. He was also an early investor in such ventures as sharethebus.com, which lets members join or organize custom charter bus trips across North America, and Ring, a video doorbell that lets you answer your door using a smartphone. Ring has also attracted the attention of Sir Richard Branson, who recently invested $28 million in the company.
