June 30, 2016, Willow Grove, PA — Gary Pudles, President and CEO of AnswerNet, was inducted into the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI) Hall of Fame this month, at the Association of TeleServices International Conference held in Tampa, Fla. The ATSI Hall of Fame Award is given to deserving individuals in appreciation for their contributions to the teleservices industry over a significant number of years.
Pudles was presented with this honor for his years of service at ATSI, having been involved with ATSI since AnswerNet was founded in 1998. His involvement has included Chairing the Legislative Affairs Committee, Chairing the Owners Forum/Executive Managers Forum Committee, serving on the ATSI Board and serving on numerous committees including the HIPAA Subcommittee and the Conference Committee. Currently, Pudles is a Lifetime Trustee and Board Member of the ATSI Education Foundation, which helps fund educational initiatives for the Industry such as the recently released ATSI University.
“I have worked with Gary for a long time,” says Josue Leon, ATSI’s president-elect. “It was great to see him receive this award. He exemplifies the core attributes we look for when presenting the Hall of Fame award — dedication and leadership that strive to improve the call center industry.”
Pudles has long been an advocate for business management education, including holding teaching roles at the University of Pennsylvania and at other industry association meetings. He states, “One of my personal missions in life is to help people and businesses execute better because business is more fun when the business operates well and profitably.”
